Anastasios Manos, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member

Anastasios Manos holds a degree in Informatics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a Master’s degree in Applied Informatics with specialization in Business Informatics from the University of Macedonia, and an MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Macedonia. He is the major shareholder of the company. He was elected Vice Chairman in 2010 and has been serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 2012. He has extensive experience in the management of technology companies and in the implementation and management of national and European ICT projects, in which he is also professionally certified. He has worked as Business Development Manager at TREDIT AE and Infotrip AE. Since 2025, he has served as Chairman of the Board of the Association of Information Technology Enterprises of Greece (SETPE).

 

Anna Kourelia, Deputy Chairwoman - Vice Chairwoman, Executive Member

Anna Kourelia holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and has extensive experience in tender management, European funding and the public sector. She has served as Special Advisor to the Mayor of Kalamaria Municipality, gaining significant experience in public administration and institutional cooperation matters. At the same time, she has maintained a long-standing presence at DOTSOFT S.A., where she has been actively involved in tender management and led the Directorate of Complex National Projects. Today, she serves as Director of the Tendering Directorate of the company, playing an active role in strategic planning, coordination of tender procedures and the development of collaborations with public and institutional bodies.

Stavros Katsaridis, Executive Member

Stavros Katsaridis holds a degree in Physics with specialization in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT and Automation from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Master’s degree in Microelectronics from the same University and an MBA in Business, Innovation and Technology Management from Athens Information Technology. He holds numerous professional certifications in project management and Information & Communication Technologies. He has extensive experience in the fields of information technology, telecommunications, operational management and international business development. He has worked at IBM Hellas, Vodafone Greece and Hellas Online, while since 2021 he has been active at DOTSOFT S.A. in management and operational coordination roles. He actively contributes to the development of international partnerships and digital transformation projects in Greece and abroad.

Angeliki Samara, Independent Non-Executive Member

Angeliki Samara is Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Department of Accounting and Finance of the University of Macedonia. She holds a degree in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a postgraduate degree in Applied Economics and Finance from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a PhD in Accounting from the University of Surrey, UK. She also holds a professional certification in Auditing from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL). She has significant experience in accounting, auditing and corporate governance. She participates in scientific and institutional committees and serves as member of audit committees and boards of directors of companies. Her academic and research work focuses on financial reporting and international accounting standards.

Evangelia Doulkiaroglou, Independent Non-Executive Member

Evangelia Doulkiaroglou is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy of the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. She has worked at “Georgios Papanikolaou” General Hospital of Thessaloniki as well as as an external associate in private clinics. At the same time, she participates in research projects related to digital health applications, smart watches and sensors for the collection and analysis of data concerning physical condition and wellbeing.
